Prepare for a career in this in-demand health field in Canadore’s leading-edge simulation nursing laboratories. Learn theory and practice in a variety of settings. The high-fidelity labs are equipped with interactive mannequins that speak and replicate real symptoms, on which students act out common medical emergencies.Our small class and lab sizes allow for individual learner support and more one-on-one time with professors. Training culminates with a seven-week, pre-graduate placement experience working with a registered practical nurse. Our graduates are sought after all over the world working independently or as part of a health care team.

Grade12 English Grade11 Mathematics Science OSSD or equivalent, ENG4C or ENG4U, Grade 11 or 12 Science (C or U), Grade 11 Math (C, U or M) Note: Recent Canadore PSW graduates will be assessed for transfer credits in semester one.
Test Scores:	Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 575] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 84] or DuoLingo or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 60] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] If English is not your first language you must provide proof of English competency.
